Excellent Customer Service

I needed to book a car for my parents trip to Newquay and found that they didn't have a credit card. Found Indigo on the Internet. Rang the number and the customer service was second to none. I had to end the call and call back (long story) and when I did my original customer service person was on another call. The gentleman I spoke to had all my details and sorted everything out for me. I was surprised at how easy it had all seemed. E mails were received as promised. Car was waiting as promised and my parents said they seemed to move quicker thruogh the process than others at the airport. Would definitely recommend Rob Selby
